He was Exploration Manager for SELCO Mining and BP Canada from 1980 to 1992. President of MPH Consulting Limited ("MPH"), a private mining and exploration consulting firm (1995-present). His work has taken him to projects in Canada, the U.S., Brazil, Greenland and Africa.

Joe Del Campo, CMA

Chief Financial Officer since June 2005. Joseph began his career with Falconbridge Limited and spent over 19 years working within the Falconbridge group of complanies at progressive financial positions, including Controller and Treasurer of Falconbridge Dominicana, a ferronickel operation in the Dominican Republic; and Falconbridge Gold Corporation, a gold mining company with operating mines in Africa and Timmins, Ontario. Over the past 13 years, Joseph has been a Director and Vice President, Finance and CFO of a number of junior exploration companies listed on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchange.

Paul Davis, P.Geo, M.Sc.

Vice President, Exploration since June 2005. Paul has over 16 years experience in nickel exploration. He has been directly involved in six new nickel sulphide discoveries in Ontario and has also worked in Finland and Australia. Prior to joining First Nickel, Paul worked on the Montcalm nickel mine outside of Timmins, Ontario for Outokumpu Mines Limited and managed the advanced exploration and production phases at the Alexo Nickel Mine, near Iroquois Falls, Ontario for Canadian Arrow Mines Limited.

Gerry Bilodeau

General Manager -- Sudbury Operations
General Manager -- Sudbury Operations since April 2007. Gerry has many years of senior operations management experience with Falconbridge/Noranda, most notably as Manager Mining at the Kidd Mine D Project in Timmins, and prior to that as Project Superintendent during development and construction at Falconbridge's remote Raglan Project in northern Québec. He is experienced in all phases of underground mine operations, and has a proven track record in development and construction management and in building and leading operating teams.
